Our family stay at Tropiq was a pleasant experience overall. The staff were accommodating, especially Hannah, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She provided great dining recommendations and even arranged for an extra pillow due to my back issues - a small gesture that made a big difference.The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in offered ample space for our family, making it feel like a home away from home. Being on the ground floor made it convenient for us to come and go easily. The location, a 15-minute walk from Cairns Rainbow Resort, offered easy access to various attractions such as the Cairns Civic Theatre and the Botanical Gardens.Despite the ongoing renovations, the cleanliness and value for money were commendable. The presence of a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen amenities in the room added to our convenience. While the on-site restaurant was closed during our stay, we found a lovely Italian restaurant just a short stroll away, enhancing our dining options.Tropiq provided a comfortable stay for families, with its inclusive atmosphere and proximity to key attractions in this cosmopolitan city. We look forward to returning post-renovations to experience the upgraded rooms and facilities.
